Ms. Karakhanyan is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. Her primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support refinancings, recapitalizations, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and growth capital initiatives, as well as for general corporate purposes. Ms. Karakhanyan is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Karakhanyan was a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Miller Environmental Group, where she oversaw the M&A process, managed lending partner relationships, and performed complex financial analyses and modeling. She previously held financial analyst positions with Latham & Watkins and Wpromote.
Ms. Karakhanyan holds a B.A. in International and Business Law from the American University of Central Asia, an MBA from Harvard University, and a graduate certificate in Finance from UCLA Extension.
