Mr. Demarchi is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. His primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support refinancings, recapitalizations, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and growth capital initiatives, as well as for general corporate purposes. He is based in the firm's New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Demarchi was a Vice President at EY Capital Advisors. While there, he was responsible for executing private capital transactions and providing independent capital advisory services. Before that, Mr. Demarchi was an Associate at PNC Capital Markets within its debt capital markets group.
Mr. Demarchi holds a B.S. in Finance from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
