Mr. Agrawal is a Senior Manager in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he works on sellside financial due diligence and advisory engagements. He has nearly a decade of experience supporting numerous acquisitions and carve-out transactions in the U.S. market and assisting in end-to-end transaction advisory engagements for private equity and corporate clients. Mr. Agrawal is based in the firm’s Gurugram office.
Mr. Agrawal’s transaction due diligence experience covers a wide range of M&A issues, including quality of earnings, net working capital, net indebtedness, proof of cash, sale-purchase insights, as well as developing VBA-based efficiency solutions.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Agrawal led a team of 10 and worked on financial due diligence engagements in the healthcare, industrials, and retail sectors in Evalueserve’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He started his career at KPMG Global Services, where he spent six years working on U.S. financial due diligence team engagements.
Mr. Agrawal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from MATS University and an MBA in Finance from Birla Institute of Management Technology.
