Ms. Maheshwari is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. She specializes in portfolio valuation and has experience in valuing publicly and privately held equity and debt securities in a diverse range of industries for the purposes of financial reporting, acquisitions, estate and gift tax reporting, and general corporate planning. Ms. Maheshwari is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Maheshwari was a Valuation Consultant at Empire Valuation Consultants. Before that, she worked as a Financial Analyst in the Basel Management reporting team at Credit Suisse. Earlier, Ms. Maheshwari was a Financial Consultant in the Investments Accounting and Reporting team at Axa Business Services.
Ms. Maheshwari holds a B.Com. from Pune University and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School. She is a Chartered Accountant of India and a CFA charterholder.
