Mr. Harrington is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He is based in the firm’s Boston office.
Previously, Mr. Harrington was an Associate at MVP Capital, an independent advisory firm that provides a range of advisory services to clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications sector, prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2020.
Before joining MVP Capital, Mr. Harrington worked at Harris Williams & Co., where he advised private companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising transactions across a range of sectors, including advanced manufacturing, packaging, building products, and business services, among others.
Mr. Harrington graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Economics and Mathematics from Colby College and holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
