Mr. Yuan is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group, where he focuses on M&A and capital raising for healthcare companies. He has been involved in numerous transactions across healthcare services and multisite healthcare. Mr. Yuan is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Yuan was a Vice President at Leerink Partners, where he focused on sellside and buyside M&A transactions across healthcare services, including physician practice management, VBC, acute care, and pharma IT/services. Before that, he worked at dntl bar, a dental services startup in New York, where he led all finance and corporate development initiatives. Earlier, Mr. Yuan was an Assistant Vice President at Granite Bridge Partners.
Mr. Yuan holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
