Mr. Carson is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, with a focus on the technology, media, and telecom sector. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Carson was a Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, where he provided buyside and sellside financial due diligence services to several of KPMG’s largest global private equity accounts. He has broad industry experience, including technology-enabled service providers, SaaS, financial services, and many others.
Mr. Carson holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas and a Master of Accountancy from Texas Christian University. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
