Xander Hector


Mr. Hector is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group as well as the firm’s Power & Utilities Group. Since joining the firm in 2004, he has worked on numerous Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructuring transactions, including the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, Energy Future Holdings Edison Mission Energy, Sino-Forest Corp., Aventine Renewable Energy, Inc., Dynegy Holdings LLC, Biofuel Energy Corp., Longview Power LLC, AES Thames LLC, Foamex International, Inc., Kelson Energy, Inc., Neff Rental Corp., Newpage Corp., Pliant Corp., Syratech Corp., Bally Total Fitness Holding Corp., Applied Extrusion Technology Corp., and Wise Metals Group, LLC. Mr. Hector is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office but has also worked in the London office, where he advised on multiple European restructuring transactions.

Mr. Hector holds a B.S. in Business, with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economic Theory, from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
