Mr. Taumin is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Valuation Advisory Services practice within the firm’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business, where he is part of the complex securities team. He is based in the firm’s Zurich office.
Mr. Taumin has nearly a decade of experience in advising clients on the analysis of incremental borrowing rates, stock-based compensation and other equity derivatives, convertible debt, and contingent considerations. He also provided customer-based-data-driven analytics services to clients for management planning purposes.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Taumin was a Senior in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services practice in New York, where he focused on financial reporting valuations and statistical data analysis.
Mr. Taumin holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Lausanne and an M.S. in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a certified Financial Risk Manager.
