Mr. Zhang is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He is primarily focused on financial restructuring transactions in Asia. Mr. Zhang is based in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Zhang was a Vice President in the Loans and Acquisition Finance team at Citi, covering leveraged, acquisition, and syndicated loan financing transactions across Asia. Before that, he was an Associate in the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance team at HSBC, covering leveraged, acquisition, and syndicated loan financing transactions across Australasia. Mr. Zhang also worked in the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance team at Bank of New Zealand.
Mr. Zhang holds a B.Com. in Finance and Economics from the University of Auckland. He is a CFA charterholder.
