Mr. Osawa is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He has experience in public and private transactions across a wide range of sectors, including capital goods and chemicals. Mr. Osawa is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Mr. Osawa was an Analyst at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021.
Mr. Osawa holds a B.A. in Faculty of Science and Technology from Keio University.
