Mr. Inagaki is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Sponsors Group, focusing on private equity firms and trading houses. He has nearly a decade of M&A advisory experience and has advised on cross-border and Japanese domestic M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors, including consumer retail, tech, and industrials. Mr. Inagaki is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Mr. Inagaki was an Associate at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA in 2017 and worked in the Osaka office in 2018.
Mr. Inagaki holds a B.A. in Environment and Information Studies from Keio University.
