Mr. Nohara is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He has nearly a decade of M&A advisory experience, having advised on transactions in multiple cross-border projects across various sectors, including general industry, technology, and consumer, mostly between North America, Europe, and Japan. Mr. Nohara is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Mr. Nohara was an Associate at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021.
Mr. Nohara holds an MBA from Kyoto University.
