Mr. Peng is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He specializes in portfolio valuation and has experience preparing valuations for the purposes of financial reporting, fair value measurements, business combinations, stock-based compensation, intangible assets and goodwill, and general corporate planning purposes. Mr. Peng is in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Peng was a Valuation Consultant at Empire Valuation Consultants. Before that, he worked in investment banking and asset management in the Chinese financial market for more than a decade.
Mr. Peng holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Fudan University and an MBA from New York University. He is a CFA charterholder and a certified Financial Risk Manager.
