Houlihan Lokey has three offices in China: Hong Kong SAR, established in 2007; Beijing, established in 2008; and Shanghai, added with the acquisition of global investment bank GCA Corporation in 2021. The Houlihan Lokey China team mainly focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, corporate finance, and independent financial consulting. We provide professional investment banking consulting services to state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, various listed and nonlisted companies, sovereign wealth funds, and private equity funds, etc., to help Chinese clients achieve strategic planning and development goals.
